How does it Work? - Mr. Rooney, or one of his associates will speak with you initially over the phone for approximately 10 minutes to begin assessing your needs, what the value of your home is and what the homes around you are selling for, which is used to come up with an estimated offer. If we are in the ball park with our offer to what you will accept, we then make an appointment to view the property. This visit usually only takes about 10 – 15 minutes. At that time if we are agreeable on price, we draw up a contract and set a closing date. It has been our experience, some home owners like to settle quickly in the 72-hour time period to get the needed cash and then move out at a later date. Depending upon the circumstances, we can give an additional 30 days and some circumstances 60 days for the home owner to move
What do you do with the information I submit? - This information is kept confidential for United Investments and their employees only
How soon will I hear from you after submitting my information? - We make every effort to contact you within 1 hour after your form is submitted
How long will it take to sell my home? - We are often able to close on your home in as little as 3 days, if no problems arise on the title work of your home
What if I am behind in my monthly payments and I am going into foreclosure? - Take steps immediately! Unfortunately, the way most people deal with it by not dealing with it at all. Don’t let this happen to you; you still have options. In the vast majority of cases, you can get your house sold before the foreclosure date or work-out some type of alternative
